It is her passion for women to have positive birth experiences and her work as a childbirth educator and birth attendant (doula) that makes her pregnancy yoga classes exceptional.

The breath is the bridge to your baby

Breathing techniques are included for relieving tension and tightness, stimulating relaxation and using breath efficiently. Helping to deepen your intuitive responses and connecting you to your baby which pregnancy calls on us to do.

Classes are informative and nurturing.

Emphasis is on posture, alignment and relieving discomfort associated with pregnancy. Simple yoga breathing techniques are subtlety introduced with movement. Benefiting the health of the mother and her baby

Each session of Annie’s Melbourne pregnancy yoga classes include

- Following the weekly changes of your pregnancy
- Yoga postures and breathing that are appropriate and safe for pregnancy and birth.
- Relaxation- Annie guides you lovingly through nurturing relaxation with focus on a loving connection with your baby
